Refund Policy

At Dr.Melaxin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused state – unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at PaulMiller5838@outlook.com We do not accept returns that are sent to us without prior authorization. Once your return request is approved, we will provide specific shipping instructions and the return address for your package.

Return Shipping Fee

The product arrives damaged, is different, or not working,  Dr.Melaxin will offer the return&exchange shipping fee. If the customer needs to return&exchange the product with personal issues, the customer needs to offer the return shipping fee.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
